Determine your nail dimensions
Step 1: Measure Your Nails
Method 1:
Place a measuring tape horizontally across the widest part of your nail bed. Record the measurement in millimeters (mm).
Method 2:
Place a piece of paper against your nail bed and mark the two widest points with a pen. Use a ruler to measure the distance between the marks.
Step 2: Choose Your Size
- Compare your nail measurements with our size chart.
- Select the size that best matches most of your nails.
- If your measurement falls between two sizes or you have flatter nail beds, choose the larger size for the best fit.
Step 3: Select Nail Shape & Length
- Review the available nail shapes and lengths.
- Choose the combination that best suits your style and comfort.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
What are my delivery options ?
Orders placed through the ZERO Online Boutique are processed by the ZERO teams and delivered by Canada Post and FedEx.
Delivery options:
Standard shipping (10-16 business days)
Express shipping (7 business days)
- The delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote areas.
Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.
What are your return / exchange policies ?
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy. We accept returns for products purchased from swan.luxury only. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy:
1. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
3. Process: Please contact our Customer Service to initiate a return or exchange. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for eligible returns.
4. Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
5. Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
Kindly send your return to the address noted below in the original shipping carton. If you no longer have the original shipping carton, please include a note with your order number, or you can include a copy of your order or shipping confirmation email.
To protect against package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via insured FedEx or Canada Post Ground. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.
